Monthly parking is subject to availability or tenant lease terms.
- Complete a Contract Form (vehicle & account info) for each monthly parker.
- Non-transferable key card provides 24-hour access.
- Use your card on entry and exit (even if gate is raised). No consecutive entries/exits.
- Pay at the parking office (garage entrance) by the 5th of the month.
- Accounts not paid by the third day thereafter may be deactivated.
- No credits for vacations. Checks payable to ABM Parking Services.
- If you forget your card, pull a ticket. If your account is verified as active, the ticket will be validated; otherwise, daily rates apply.
- Report lost/damaged cards to your employer and the Parking Manager (replacement fee applies).
- Notify the Parking Office in writing for card additions/deletions, vehicle changes, or name changes.
